Billing, plans, and online payments

Billing settings show the current trial or subscription plan, interval, period dates, plan comparison, recent invoices, and a link to the hosted billing portal.

New workspaces receive a 14-day Plus trial after card collection and move to Start monthly unless the plan is changed. Start includes one active user, one location, and up to five custom field definitions per record type. Plus adds invitations, roles, up to five users, custom domains, and unlimited custom fields. Pro increases users to thirty and adds unlimited locations and activity logs while retaining unlimited custom fields.

Organization settings contain online payment onboarding and readiness. Once the bank account is ready, admins can manage it and choose the default storefront collection method. Storefront payment options only appear when both the webstore toggle and organization readiness permit them.

Hosted checkout, bank account onboarding, and the billing portal are external secure surfaces. RentalBench explains the redirect and synchronizes the resulting state but does not collect those sensitive credentials in the app.
