Team and workspace settings
Personal settings cover profile details, password, and active sessions. Workspace settings cover the organization, locations, schedules, team, custom fields, billing, payments, and webstore configuration.
Admins can invite teammates as Admin, Manager, or Staff. Pending invitations do not consume seats; capacity is checked again when accepted. Deactivation revokes staff sessions without deleting history. An admin cannot demote or deactivate themselves or remove the last active admin.
Start supports one active user and one location. Plus supports up to five active users and enables invitations and roles. Pro supports up to thirty active users, unlimited locations, and activity logs. Downgrades do not delete existing users or locations, but additions and reactivations are blocked above the new limit.
